M	Maxence Dejaegher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personnel très sympathique qui a accepté de garder nos valises avant le check-in et après le check-out afin que nous ne soyons pas encombré pour visiter la ville. Un peu bruyant mais rien d'aussi dramatique que les autres commentaires le décrivent. La chambre était très propre et son style est sobre et moderne. Il est vrai qu'un placard ou tout autre espace de rangement dans la chambre serait le bienvenue pour les personnes passant plus d'une nuit. L'hôtel est proche du métro. Petit plus pour la TV qui comprend des chaînes étrangères afin que les anglais, français etc puissent en profiter. J'y ai passé une très bonne nuit. Very friendly staff who agreed to keep our bags before check-in and after check-out so that we would not be congested to visit the city. A bit noisy but nothing as dramatic as the other comments describe it. The room was very clean and its style is sober and modern. It is true that a closet or other storage space in the room would be welcome for people spending more than one night. The hotel is close to the metro. Little more for the TV that includes foreign channels so that English, French etc. can enjoy. I had a very good night.

Les escaliers sont un peu dur a monter mais la montée est très jolie a regarder, un bâtiment très propre, a proximité du centre, restaurants, bars, etc, je recommande cet établissement +++ A room of 3 people on the last floor, all new with a beautiful decoration, a very quiet room (4.02 which is side yard). The stairs are a bit hard to climb but the climb is very pretty to watch, a very clean building, close to the center, restaurants, bars, etc., I recommend this property +++
C	Cathy CLEMENT on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Insonorisation inexistante , chambre spartiate (pas de meubles pour ranger les affaires, pas de mini bar, pas de bouulloir), le sèche cheveux est à partagé avec les autres clients, il faut aller le chercher à l'accueil, enfin si on peut appeler un couloir un accueil... Pas d'ascenseur. On ne peut appeler ce lieu un hôtel mais plutôt un raison rénovée avec des chambres qui parfois ont leurs commodités sur le palier. Rapport qualité prix nul... Ne pas se fier aux photos Non-existent soundproofing, spartan room (no furniture for storing business, no mini bar, no candlestick), the hair dryer is shared with other guests, you have to pick it up at the reception, finally if you can call a hallway a home ... no elevator. You can not call this place a hotel but rather a renovated reason with rooms that sometimes have their amenities on the landing. No value for money ... Do not trust photos

Chegando ao hotel para fazer o check-in, fomos surpreendido por 5 situações: 1 - Fomos obrigados a pagar uma taxa de 16 Euros, o equivalente a 76,00 reais na cotação atual, valor totalmente fora do nosso orçamento já que não havia informações na reserva; 2 - O quarto seria para casal, mas tivemos que ficar em um quarto duplo com cama de beliche; 3 - O banheiro era fora do quarto. Informação não constou na reserva; 4 - O chuveiro horrível, difícil para regular, ficava quente demais ou frio demais. E no quente esfriava rapidamente, e tinha que aguardar alguns minutos até voltar esquentar. 5 - A limpeza do banheiro deixou a desejar. Não recomendo hospedagem. I booked this hotel for 11/15/2019 to 11/19/2019 in a double room. Arriving at the hotel to check in, we were surprised by 5 situations: 1 - We were obliged to pay a fee of 16 Euros, equivalent to 76.00 reais in the current quote, an amount totally outside our budget since there was no information in the reservation; 2 - The room would be for a couple, but we had to stay in a double room with a bunk bed; 3 - The bathroom was outside the room. Information was not included in the reservation; 4 - The horrible shower, difficult to regulate, was too hot or too cold. And in the hot it cooled quickly, and I had to wait a few minutes until it got warm. 5 - The cleaning of the bathroom left something to be desired. I don't recommend hosting.

Nos informó un vecino que hacía meses que cerró y no estaba abierto… lamentable!!! Intento contactar con el hotel vía mail y recibo una respuesta escueta de que no se hacen cargo de la reserva … nos tocó buscar otro hotel el mismo día!! Regrettable!!! We made the reservation 2 months in advance and upon arrival at the hotel it was CLOSED !!!! We were informed by a neighbor that it had been closed for months and was not open ... unfortunate !!! I try to contact the hotel via email and I receive a concise answer that they do not take care of the reservation… we had to find another hotel the same day !!
L	Laura Granel Pi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentable, vam arribar i no hi havia ningu, un veí ens va informar que estava tancat de feia un mes, vam anar a reclamar a hotel des anjos ja que ens va dir que era dels mateixos amos ( a 5 minuts caminan de planet house), ens han dit que ens tornen els diners. Ens van oferir habitacio a un altre hotel que tenen pero de categoria inferior… vam acabar buscant un altre hostel! Ens van fer una p***! Unfortunately, we arrived and there was no one, a neighbor informed us that it was closed for a month, we went to complain to hotel from angels as he told us it was from the same owners (5 minutes walk from planet house) , we have been told that we get our money back. We were offered room in another hotel which they have but of lower category… we ended up looking for another hostel! They made us a p ***!
