★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are visiting Albufeira, do not miss this place! Food was just beautiful. The homemade white wine Sangria was so refreshing, it was delicious! All the tapas we ordered were exceptional and really reasonably priced, considering they are such large portions. Very family friendly restaurant, we were made to feel so welcome especially our little girl who left feeling like a "princess," as Patricia called her. Thanks to Patricia and her family for a very enjoyable evening. Sláinte/Salud

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not miss this place what a treat. The business is family run and everything is made from scratch to order. The tapas menu is extensive I wanted to try so many different dishes, everything we had was incredibly delicious. To drink we had the homemade red sangria which was amazing, it went down far too easily. Really great place just make sure you book as it can get busy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a gem restaurant, words can't do it justice. Such a warm welcoming restaurant run by such a friendly family. It was an amazing experience from start to finish. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly & their recommendations were spot on. This is beyond five stars - I am very fussy about food but could not fault anything. Huge portions & excellent presentation. Would come back to Portugal especially for here. Thank you for a lovely evening ✨

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I ate here for dinner during our honeymoon at the Algarve and we couldn’t be happier. Even though we were a half hour late for our reservation and the restaurant was completely full, the owner Patricia was very welcoming and had saved us a table. The entire staff was cheerful and appeared to very much enjoy working at Platinum. Patricia gave a list of recommended tapas to order and we ended up ordering 3 of them: cod fish cakes, tomato with mozzarella and pesto, clams, and brie with crispy onions. Everything was amazingly good. With each dish, we were pleasantly surprised by how well the ingredients worked with one another. Their house wines and sangria are delicious and a great value. I wish we had more time at the Algarve to come back here several times and try the rest of the menu. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Platinum Wine & Tapas is an amazing little find which should definitely be visited (definitely book if it's a weekend as demand is high) The welcome is friendly and very family orientated, you arrive as strangers and leave as friends...the Sangria was the best we tasted in Albufeira during our stay and the food was so good, it converted us from hating foods to absolutely loving them! This is not a tourist restaurant, but one the locals frequent, so expect traditional Portuguese foods. Highly recommend the Tempura Prawns, Grilled Cheese, The Cheese Boards and the Squid strips ?
