★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre comprei meus produtos ali e levei um shampoo errado, dentro do prazo p troca e sem uso, nao me deixaram trocar, pq o mesmo estava sem lacre, sendo que o comprei desta forma. Muito chateada com a situação e agora terei que jogar fora um produto caro pq nao ira fazer bem aos meus cabelos, no minino deviam passar a vender os produtos LACRADOS! enfim nesta loja nao irei mais, prestem atencao ao comprar.
I always bought my products there and I took a wrong shampoo, within the period of change and no use, they did not let me change, because it was unsealed, and I bought it this way. Very upset with the situation and now I will have to throw away an expensive product because it will not do my hair any good, at least they should start selling LACRADOS products! finally in this store I will not go anymore, pay attention when buying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No meu ponto de vista a organização desta loja ( pluricosmetica gaia jardim) falha em vários aspetos. Má organização, 4 funcionários em loja quando só pode entrar 2 clientes, tempo de espera grande, cestos em volta do balcão que nem se consegue chegar para efetuar o pagamento. O atendimento também não é o melhor.
In my point of view the organization of this store (pluricosmetica gaia jardim) fails in several aspects. Poor organization, 4 employees in store when only 2 customers can enter, long waiting times, baskets around the counter that you can't even reach to make the payment. The service is also not the best.
