Ao fim de quase quatro meses sinto me com mais energia, já perdi peso e estou melhor quer fisicamente quer mentalmente. Devo estes resultados ao Pedro, por me motivar constantemente, e de me ensinar que os treinos podem ser divertidos.

Tenho problemas de joelho e sempre tive receio de piorar ao treinar, e com a ajuda do Pedro sinto-me completamente segura e consigo fazer os exercícios com a postura correta e vejo melhorias tanto a nivel das dores, como esteticamente. Aconselho a todos os que procurem treinar bem e ver resultados!
Pedro is an excellent professional! I had never trained as well as I did now, with his help. I have knee problems and I was always afraid of getting worse when training, and with Pedro's help I feel completely safe and I can do the exercises with the correct posture and I see improvements both in terms of pain and aesthetics. I advise everyone who seeks to train well and see results!

He is also flexible on hours to work according to your schedule, during the week or weekend. He is a highly motivated and inspiring professional.

I’ve always love to exercise but with him it just feels different: he listens to our needs, he is dynamic and always keep smiling. He adapts the exercices and explains us how it works so we know why we do this or that exercise. It’s not just about training but it’s about relieving and go for a better lifestyle. I’m always having a good time with him and I’m really grateful for that ! Would definitely recommend ;)

The training sessions are very professional but at the same time enjoyable. What I really liked about Pedro is that he focuses on my individual abilities and likings. If a particular exercise wouldn't work for me, he always searched for a solution. He is a great motivator and provided me with that little push I needed.
