Disseram que o enviariam nesse mesmo dia o que acabaria por acontecer às 22:30. Fiquei com a nítida sensação que se esqueceram completamente do serviços e só olharam para ele após o telefonema.
I had a bad experience with the company. A week waiting for a quote, which only sent after a phone call. They said they would send it that same day which would eventually happen at 10:30 pm. I got the distinct feeling that they completely forgot about the services and only looked at it after the call.

Excellent and very professional. I have fixed the sensor of my X-T30 in the warranty that was already 9 months old. Everything perfect, comfortable shipping and they have also returned all the parts including the SD and battery that I have inadvertently sent.

En dos veces diferentes han ignorado varios problemas de mis cámaras y las han devuelto sin arreglar alegando que o no tenían nada o que se habían reparado cuando esto no era cierto. Les aviso de todo esto amablemente y con mucha paciencia por teléfono y por correo electrónico para que subsanen este tipo de errores en el servicio y ni contestan siquiera, les da completamente igual. Como profesional de la fotografía no os lo recomiendo en absoluto, lástima que sea el SAT oficial de Fujifilm, no le hace justicia a la marca.
NOT RECOMMENDED FOR PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHERS! On two different occasions they have ignored various problems with my cameras and have returned them unfixed claiming that they either had nothing or had been fixed when this was not true. I notify them of all this kindly and patiently by phone and by email so that they correct this type of error in the service and they don't even answer, they don't care at all. As a photography professional I do not recommend it at all, it is a pity that it is the official SAT of Fujifilm, it does not do justice to the brand.
