★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Era cliente habitual deste local até ao dia em que depois de ter agendado para ir lá trocar 4 pneus e alinhar a direção, é como encerrava às 19h e eu só conseguia lá estar pelas 18:30 perguntei se havia algum problema, disse me que não, que estava á vontade, e assim foi desloquei me lá cheguei dentro do horário 18:29 e para meu espanto o patrão pergunta me o que queria, expliquei lhe o que era para fazer, e olhou logo para o relógio, com fraca cara, mas lá deu seguimento, às 19:05 o funcionário disse que o carro estava pronto, eu disse que ainda faltava alinhar, ele foi ter com o patrão, e o patrão veio ter comigo dizendo que o alinhamento teria de ser feito no dia seguinte pois estava na hora de fechar.
Ou seja, meteu os 4 pneus e terei de ir a outro lado alinhar, não lhe deve fazer falta ganhar dinheiro e para mim nunca mais, pois exaltei me e ainda se achou com razão
I was a regular customer of this place until the day after I had scheduled to go there to change 4 tires and align the direction, it was like closing at 7 pm and I was only able to be there at 6:30 pm I asked if there was a problem, he said no , who was at ease, and so I went there, I got there at 6:29 pm and to my amazement the boss asked me what he wanted, I explained what he was supposed to do, and he looked at the clock, with a weak face, but there followed up, at 7:05 pm the employee said the car was ready, I said there was still a line to go, he went to the boss, and the boss came to me saying that the alignment would have to be done the next day because it was time to close.
In other words, I put the 4 tires in and I will have to go to another side to align, it shouldn't be necessary to earn money and for me never again, because I exalted myself and still thought it was right
