★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os sinais de obrigatoriedade da utilização de máscara constituem um desrespeito pela lei atual que não obriga a sua utilização em espaços com menos de 400m2. Foi-me pedido a utilização de máscara (diferente do que diz nos sinais de “obrigatório”). Apesar de não me ter sido recusado o serviço, acho esse pedido uma falta de respeito. Pode ainda ser interpretado como uma ofensa à integridade física do cliente. Vai ainda contra o artigo 6 da carta universal dos direitos humanos e bioetica da Unesco. Saí respeitosamente e recorri ao mesmo serviço num espaço da concorrência onde fui bem recebido.
The signs that the use of a mask is mandatory constitute a disrespect for the current law that does not require its use in spaces with less than 400m2. I was asked to use a mask (different from what it says on the “mandatory” signs). Although I was not refused the service, I find this request a lack of respect. It can also be interpreted as an offense to the client's physical integrity. It also goes against article 6 of UNESCO's universal human rights and bioethics charter. I left respectfully and resorted to the same service in a competitive space where I was well received.
