★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estava de férias em Conceição de Tavira quando me deparo com uma dor de dentes horriveis tel.para 2 dentistas em Tavira nada só para 8 dias depois outro pode vir o doutor dá lhe uma receita aqui à porta e depois marcamos a consulta disse logo que não primeiro sou doente cardíaco e tomo varios medicamentos por fim liguei para a clinica Policare e a menina que atendeu o telefone disse que estava tudo cheio mas passado um minuto de espera disse que arranjava uma vaga por volta das 16horas disse que sim e comparecim e esperando um pouco foi atendido pelo dtr muito atencioso e logo nessa noite ja deu para descansar com a medicação quero aqui publicamente agradecer do fundo do coração a todo o staf da mesma e o meu muito obrigado bem hajam
I was on vacation in Conceição de Tavira when I came across a horrible toothache tel.for 2 dentists in Tavira nothing just for 8 days later another one can come, the doctor gives you a prescription here at the door and then we make an appointment he said no first I am cardiac patient and I take several medications, finally I called the Policare clinic and the girl who answered the phone said it was full but after a minute of waiting she said she would find a place around 4 pm she said yes and I came and waiting for a little was attended by the very attentive dtr and right that night already gave to rest with the medication I want to publicly thank you from the bottom of my heart to all the staf of it and my thank you very much

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Semanas atrás, antes de sair de férias para cabanas de tavira, fui ao meu dentista usual por ter ums fractura num dente que levou a uma reparação provisória, uma vez que tinha consulta marcada com especialista dias depois (Setembro). Foi feito um raio X e a dira reparação e cobrados 15 euros.
Mas em viagem, essa reparação caiu. Sendo assim, para evitar maiores danos procurei ums clínica nesta região. Pela classificação, optei pela PoliCare. Arrependi-me bastante! No dia foi-me dito que não seria possível ser atendido porque estava a agenda completa. Até aí, compreensível. E que me avisariam se houvesse a possibilidade de ser atendido no dia seguinte. E assim foi, o que me deixou satisfeito. Sendo atendido, fizeram um raio X e limaram-me as arestas do dente, para que não magoasse z língua; mas acharam melhor não fazer mais nada porque caíria novamente e tinha a dita consulta. Concordei com isso, e depois tive a surpresa. Fui cobrado em 40 euros(!!!!!) pelo caráter de urgência do atendimento e raio X. Ou seja, fui literalmente roubado. Fica aqui o aviso para que mais ninguém caia na mesma armadilha da classificação.
Weeks ago, before going on vacation to Tavira Huts, I went to my usual dentist for having a tooth fracture that led to an interim repair since I had an appointment with a specialist days later (September). An x-ray was done and the repair was done and 15 euros were charged.
But on the road, this repair fell. Therefore, to avoid further damage I sought a clinic in this region. For the rating, I opted for PoliCare. I regretted a lot! On the day I was told that it would not be possible to attend because it was the full agenda. So far, understandable. And they would let me know if there was a possibility of being attended the next day. And so it was, which made me happy. Being treated, they had an X-ray and filed the edges of my teeth so that I wouldn't hurt my tongue; but they thought it best not to do anything else because it would fall again and had this consultation. I agreed with that, and then I was surprised. I was charged at 40 euros (!!!!!) for the urgency of the service and x-ray. That is, I was literally robbed. Here is the warning that no one else falls into the same trap as classification.

My partner had a tooth out 17th December & gum stitched. Told to return Wednesday 23rd.to have stitches removed. He checked to make sure they would be open... GOT TOLD YES... Went today only to find they are closed until 4th January.
Therefore can't have stitches removed for 18 days.... That's a long time to wait.......
Following on from this review yesterday I can't fault this company for the follow up today due to a misunderstanding. My partner was even offered an appointment this evening Christmas eve. He didn't need it, but can't praise them enough for there care & concern even when closed... Thank you very much Pedro.... 5 stars service.....
