★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At the gate going to Miami, felt insulted by the police in charge for security, my son needed to go the bathroom and ask the police to come back again and he said the rules it was to go and do the line all over again all my family already inside the security area.
No rules are showed on premises, and is a kid, officer Silva and Rui terrible treatment no courtesy for passengers. “Rui insult me by saying your kid can hold the Pee” I told him if he needed to pee and needed to hold if is was ok to pee on himself he felt upset and threatened me if I wanted to get in trouble.
Ones I was the last on the line, was sent me for full security ask, Me if I had anything in my pockets I said no and the police ask me do you what to go? Totally a thread.
All this cops are no capable to handle situations with kids and maybe not older people.
Those guys should be suspended and not even let them work at the airport again.

I felt so bad that my son needed to see this kind of behavior from officers and no sense of security. I will report this to the TAP and to TSA compliance. I was traveling with 2 kids and mother in law 72 yrs old. 6 people traveling together.
