A ementa muito confusa e falta o português, compreendo que estamos numa zona turística, mas os portugueses também pode ser turistas dentro de Portugal, a simpatia que que nos recebeu, não foi das melhores felizmente quem recebeu o pedido era uma portuguesa. Demasiado tempo a espera pelo pedido, embora saboroso, muito pouco condimentado (poucos ingredientes) depois de entregar o pedido não se preocuparam mais em saber se queríamos algo mais, ou se estava bom nada fomos literalmente abandonados.
Não recomendo
 Very good views over the river, but that's about it.
The menu is very confusing and lacks Portuguese, I understand that we are in a tourist area, but the Portuguese can also be tourists within Portugal, the sympathy that we received was not the best, luckily who received the request was a Portuguese woman. Too long waiting for the order, although tasty, not very spicy (few ingredients) after delivering the order they no longer bothered to know if we wanted something more, or if nothing was ok, we were literally abandoned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service appalling, both waiters were too busy chatting to their mates. Forget order for water. Forgot, and then got wrong, coffee order. Food OK. There are so many better places within a few minutes walk. Rubbish!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had dinner twice at Ponte Vecchio last week, and both moments were very pleasant meals. The pizzas' dough was thin and delicious, the filling was proportionate and good. Regarding the focaccias, we could feel the good quality of the olive oil that was used, and the filling was also very good (try the Promessi Sposi one, the aubergine+olives combo was wonderful)!
Tiziana is a lovely waitress, always very caring, the views are simply breathtaking, I fully recommend Ponte Vecchio and will come back as soon as I'm in Tavira again.
Little hint: we noticed that italian-speakers were offered a complimentary coffee, so brush up your language skills and give it a try!?

Unfortunately 20 minutes after being seated and having being able to finally understand the menu that's written in 3 languages at once, no one came to check on us to see if we're ready to order. Then I understood why the couple seated next to us were almost drunk. They had drank their bottle of wine and were still waiting for someone to come and take their order. Fortunately they had something to drink. We weren't so lucky.
