Bati à porta e questionei o facto de estarem fechados, visto que faltavam 15 minutos. Resposta: estamos a limpar, já fechamos. Novamente perguntei : mas não fechavam às 13h ? Resposta : já fechamos tudo, estamos a limpar. O funcionário sempre num tom rude, mal educado. Não irei voltar. On a holiday, I got the information that they closed at 1:00 pm. It was 12:45 pm when I came across 3 people at the door and the establishment closed. I knocked on the door and questioned the fact that they were closed, since there were 15 minutes to go. Têm o descaramento de buscar carne que não está à vista do cliente e ainda de negar um produto apenas por se aperceberem que iria levar pouca quantidade. Primeiro responderam que sim, havia e no mesmo segundo que afinal nao há. Apenas la fui 4 vezes e na verdade, prefiro fazer mais 2 ou 3 km e comprar onde realmente há qualidade e bom atendimento. Rude service, lack of pride and professionalism. They like to deceive people and serve what suits them. They have the impudence to look for meat that is not visible to the customer and even to deny a product just because they realize that it would take a small amount. Went there before and was poorly treated by the staff, which also tricked me and sold the only sirloin without any fat in the display. Today I gave a second chance and just confirmed that I'll never come back. A lot of unemployed people that could be hired to do a better job.
