Este restaurante olvidó la marcación de nuestro CASAMIENTO.
Después de haber hablado por teléfono,por Messenger, hablar en persona, confirmar data por teléfono después de ver un papel a decir que estaba cerrado el día de la boda....
Imaginen los invitados a llegar y ligarmos para decir que estaba cerrado. Solo 1 h después que dejó a entrar a los invitados al espacio. Teníamos preparados sándwich frios de fiambre y queso,patatas fritas de pacote y croquetas frías.
El día de mi boda comí 1 croqueta fría.
Ni se preocupó en buscar comida caliente a su empresa de take away o al Telepizza. Y tampoco fue para ligar la cocina o microondas y preparar cualquier cosa.
Hubo un momento que tuvimos nosotros que servirnos las cervezas porque no había nadie para atendernos.
Pedí una garrafa de água y sirvió agua en un copo( de un garrafón)
Y ni siquiera ofreció unas copas con espumante para brindar.
Y de la tarta, mejor ni hablamos. Porque no había nada.
Mando a los invitados a la calle hasta que llegamos.
Éramos 18personas.
Y además cobró 60€. Sin pedido de disculpas. Ni entrega de factura.
SI QUIEREN LA PEOR EXPERIENCIA DE SU VIDA, VISITEN ESTE ESPACIO.

This restaurant forgot the marking of our MARRIAGE.
After having spoken on the phone, on Messenger, speaking in person, confirming data by phone after seeing a piece of paper to say that it was closed on the wedding day ...
Imagine the guests arriving and we hit it off to say it was closed. Only 1 hour after he let the guests into the space. We had cold cold cuts and cheese sandwiches, potato chips and cold croquettes.
On my wedding day I ate 1 cold croquette.
Nor did he bother to find hot food at his take away company or Telepizza. And it was not to link the stove or microwave and prepare anything.
There was a time when we had to serve ourselves beers because there was no one to attend to us.
I asked for a jug of water and she served water in a flake (from a jug)
And he didn't even offer a few glasses of sparkling wine to toast.
And about the cake, we better not even talk. Because there was nothing.
I send the guests out until we get there.
We were 18 people.
And he also charged € 60. No apology. Nor delivery of invoice.

I would recommend not to go to this restaurant... it must be because of its great quality and always empty that just as it opened... it closed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ponto Picatta Romeira, qual a necessidade de terem em pleno balcão um aquário minúsculo com 3 carpas, peixes de lago, inclusive 1 deles doente, porque? A comida até pode ser boa, os funcionários até podem ser simpáticos, no entanto, a primeira imagem que dão é de insensibilidade e falta de noção.. Tem algum benefício em as ter principalmente nestas condições? Um cliente com crianças tendo também conhecimento do que acima referi, é um cliente que vocês podem perder pela razão que é e que pode ser solucionada facilmente. Sejam um exemplo. Voltarei em breve, ficarei feliz se verificar que este conselho foi ouvido e compreendido.
Ponto Picatta Romeira, what's the need to have a tiny aquarium with 3 carp, pond fish, including 1 of them sick, why? The food can even be good, the staff can even be friendly, however, the first image they give is of insensitivity and lack of awareness.. Is there any benefit in having them especially in these conditions? A client with children who is also aware of the above is a client that you can lose for the reason that it is and that can be solved easily. Be an example. The food is fresh and nice portions and the coffee is amazing.
The atmosphere is always fun in a big patio and space.
I highly recommend it.
