★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não aconselho a compra de material (hardware) pois conseguirá sempre um preço 40% inferior quando comprado numa outra loja de informatica.
Não recomendo os serviços de instalação, 40€ por hora é um valor excessivo para somente entregar computadores (sendo cobrado o tempo em deslocação), ligar e instalar o software proprio. 10horas para instalar 2 computadores é excessivo, ainda para mais nem é feita instalação de qualquer infraestrutura necessaria (cablagem, etc)
Tempos de entrega demasiado longos.
Assistência pós-venda não existe. Acontece que nem atendem o telefone.
I do not recommend the purchase of material (hardware) as you will always get a 40% lower price when purchased at another computer store.
I do not recommend installation services, 40 € per hour is an excessive amount to only deliver computers (being charged for travel time), connect and install the software itself. 10 hours to install 2 computers is excessive, even more nor is the installation of any necessary infrastructure (cabling, etc.)
Delivery times too long.
After-sales assistance does not exist. It turns out they don't even answer the phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em tempos foi pedido a esta empresa a possibilidade de criar um software para um estabelecimento comercial mas propriamente uma livraria, Com o dito programa foi-me dada a instrução de poder fazer backup's da informação para me salvaguardar. Ao fim de algum tempo essa possibilidade deixou de funcionar e contactei a dita empresa que criou um novo sistema de fazer esse procedimento . Estranhamente recebo uma factura para pagar o tempo que a pessoa demorou para criar o novo procedimento. Nunca percebi porque é que o processo inicial falhou já que foram eles a criar o dito programa e sabendo desde o inicio ou tendo a obrigação de saber, para que é que o mesmo se destinava. As explicações são confusas, técnicas e sem lógica para justificar a factura.
At times this company was asked to create a software for a commercial establishment, but rather a bookstore. With this program I was given the instruction to be able to back up the information to safeguard myself. After some time this possibility stopped working and I contacted the company that created a new system to do this procedure. Strangely, I get an invoice to pay for the time it takes to create the new procedure. I never realized why the initial process failed since they were creating the said program and knowing from the beginning or having the obligation to know, what was the intended purpose. The explanations are confusing, technical and unreasonable to justify the bill.
