L	Laura Denia Moraga on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nos trataron súper bien en este bar. Cenamos mucho mejor de lo que habriamos cenado en los bares turísticos frente a la playa. La parrilla de carne picanha y la de sardinas estaban muy buena, además la acompañan de muchas cosas como ensaladas, arroz, patatas.... Todo muy sabroso y buen precio. Además fueron super amables y atentos con nosotros. El postre: dulce de la abuela, riquísimo también. Salimos muy muy contentos , lo recomiendo a todo el mundo. He visto un comentario de hace dos años que ponía "no apto para españoles" , pues para nada ... Súper apto, se desvivieron por atendernos bien y que estuviéramos a gusto. También es verdad que estábamos solos porque cenamos algo tarde y no parece un lugar super concurrido de turistas, así que todo muy bien. Gracias!!!!!! We were treated super well at this bar. We dined much better than we would have dined at the beachfront tourist bars. The picanha meat grill and the sardine grill were very good, and they are accompanied by many things such as salads, rice, potatoes ... All very tasty and at a good price. They were also super friendly and attentive to us. The dessert: grandmother's sweet, delicious too. We left very very happy, I recommend it to everyone. I have seen a comment from two years ago that said "not suitable for Spaniards", well not at all ... Super suitable, they went out of their way to serve us well and that we were comfortable. It is also true that we were alone because we had dinner a little late and it does not seem like a super crowded place with tourists, so everything was fine. Thanks!!!!!!

Nous avons pris la seiche grillée ( poisson du jour) et steck grillé (spécialité bresilienne) excellentissime et copieux. En dessert le "bolo de bolacho", une spécialité faites avec un biscuit Maria, un vrai délice ! (Fait maison). Le tout pour 38 euros. Je recommande ! Very good meal. The boss is very caring. Small restaurant without fuss but the taste is at the rendezvous. We had grilled squid (fish of the day) and grilled steck (Brazilian specialty) excellent and plentiful. For dessert the "bolacho bolo", a specialty made with a biscuit Maria, a true delight! (Home made). All for 38 euros. I recommend !

I	I Dellaportas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service, the owner is very kind, delicious salad and typical well made grilled sardines. We ordered six and owner was so gracious to ad an additional two at no cost. Visit this little hidden gem. We surely will whenever back in Portimão.
B	Brenton Ang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This small little restaurant turned out to be a hidden gem! First of all, if I could give this place 10 stars I would. João was absolutely amazing and made sure I had a great experience. He gave me a quick primer on when sardine season is in the Algarve, how to eat my dish (sardines) the local way (put the sardines on the bread so it soaks up the oil and flavor), and he even offered me a couple extra sardines for free which I politely refused cause I was so full! The food was absolutely great! João warned me about the salty skin of the sardines (that's how they cook the fish!) and recommended I just peel the skin off and not eat it but I loved the skin even though it was salty! The salad was good, and the potatoes were as well! All in all, I can't recommend this place enough. João took it to a whole different level with how accommodating and nice he was. I wish I stayed next to this place so I could keep coming back. If you're in this area, visit João and this absolutely cute small little restaurant, you won't regret it!
