L	Laia Casas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atención nefasta. Reservamos este alojamiento y no pudimos viajar debido a la prohibición del gobierno por el COVID-19. El alojamiento se negó a abonarnos los gastos de una estancia que no pudimos realizar y tampoco nos devolvió el importe de la limpieza (que nos dijeron que sí nos devolverían). Además, la atención telefónica fue nefasta en todas las conversaciones que tuvimos con ellos. Contestan con malos modos y sin posibilidad de negociación. Hay muchos otros sitios en Lisboa donde alojarse. Aconsejo reservar otro. Pongo una estrella porque no sé si se puede poner 0. Nefarious attention. We booked this accommodation and were unable to travel due to the government ban by COVID-19. The accommodation refused to pay us the costs of a stay that we could not make and did not return the cleaning fee (which they said would be returned). In addition, the telephone service was disastrous in all the conversations we had with them. They answer in bad ways and without the possibility of negotiation. There are many other places in Lisbon to stay. I advise booking another one. I put a star because I don't know if you can put 0.

Tässä huoneistossa tunnet olevasi kaupungin sykeessä. Good transport links. Many restaurants right next door. Easy to walk to many attractions. The apartment is clean. In this apartment you will feel like you are in the heart of the city.

Quelques manques dans l appartement qui pourrait le rendre plus confortable: aucune couverture disponible, couettes trop légères, en hiver, c est inconfortable.Matelas tres dure et matelas du canapé à revoir. Pas de cafetière.Salle de bain à rénover. Apartment very well located: restaurants, cafes, quality food stores. A privileged location. A beautiful quiet space. Some lacks in the apartment which could make it more comfortable: no blankets available, duvets too light, in winter, it is uncomfortable. Very hard mattress and sofa mattress to be reviewed. No coffee maker. Bathroom to renovate.

Il problema è che l’appartamento è affacciato su un cortile interno con imponenti lavori di ristrutturazione di un palazzo adiacente. Risultato: luminosità minima, scarso ricambio di aria e rumori del cantiere dalle 8 di mattina. Abbiamo segnalato il problema alla struttura ma non abbiamo avuto nessuna risposta. Peccato perché altrimenti sarebbe un ottimo appartamento Apartment in full cent, near Praca do Comercio, well renovated with new furniture. Large and clean bathroom but without window. The problem is that the apartment overlooks an internal courtyard with massive renovations of an adjacent building. Result: minimal brightness, poor air exchange and construction site noise from 8 in the morning. We have reported the problem to the facility but have not received any response. Too bad because otherwise it would be a great apartment

d	daniel palkowski on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice, modern, clean, bright. Was a little difficult contacting management when we arrived on a Sunday, but resolved reasonably quickly. Parking is difficult on any day but Sunday, but there is a public lot down the street.
A	Amur Ramzan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place I have ever stayed , Even before arrival the communication was terrible and the staff weren't being understanding about the current situation we are currently in. On arrival staff are not friendly at all and the rooms were dirty with stains on the bedsheets and curtains along with the room not being hoovered properly. I wouldn't recommend this apartment to anyone.
A	Ashley Lau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent location and very accessible. They have elevators in the building!!! Many other Lisbon airbnbs dont and you lug your suitcases up the stairs. The place is beyond spotless CLEAN, even the cutlery sparkles. The towels and linens smell like fresh laundry. Room has lots of windows and fresh air. AC works very well. Washroom is spacious and bright. It's so clean and theres tons of counter space ! Theres a full length mirror in the bedroom. Kitchen is fully stocked with coffee, tea, chocolate, wine, and a LOT of cooking utensils. They even have paper towel for you. The host messages you as soon as you arrive and gives directions for the subway. Someone's waiting to meet you to show you to your room. It's pretty easy to walk up to from the subway station. Absolutely the best place!!! I was in Lisbon with lots of family for a wedding. After visiting a bunch of other airbnbs, I have to say I had the best stay.
