Não possui assistência directa no Algarve e a fábrica está fechada férias .não recomendo aquisição enquanto não melhorarem assistência técnica no Algarve Carlos Santos Em julho de 2017 explosão na placa que controla funcionamento do spa,sem razão aparente,numa altura em que não estava ninguém na habitação e que deitou quadro electrico abaixo.Mais de 1000 euros de arranjo e forneceram uma placa que não tinha as configurações correctas.Não aconselho de modo nenhum comprarem este modelo da powerswimm Possessing a powerswimm since 2013, only used for one month a year, this year presents an electrical problem in an engine that will possibly have to be replaced as it is in a short circuit already out of warranty. Spa Émotion 5 acheté en juin 2019, nous sommes bientôt en décembre et je n’ai toujours pas pu recevoir les pièces défectueuses ( buses qui fuient , leds qui se détachent , vanne de fontaine non étanche,couverture qui plie sous son poids ... ) J’ai acheté mon SPA chez un pisciniste Piscine carré d’eau à Essert 90 , afin d’avoir des garanties mais soit ils sont vraiment incompétents ou c’est le fabricant Portcril qui est incapable de fournir aucune pièces. Cela fait 6 mois que le SPA est inutilisable si on active les pompes, les buses giclent à l’extérieur. J’ai contacté le responsable France Portcril MR Gery Pascal en octobre afin de pouvoir accélérer les choses mais je n’ai toujours pas pu être dépanné. De plus il me dit que la couverture n’est plus sous garantie, alors que mon pisciniste a constaté qu’elle était plié et sois disant qu’ils en avait reçu une sous garantie mais qu’elle avait reçu des coups de fourche pendant le transport. J’attend encore 1 semaine et je lancerai une procédure à partir de début décembre. CRETIN Bruno No service. Do not buy this brand! Carga horária excessiva com direito a banco de horas, nem são pagas as horas extras! Mais de 2h extras diárias... Simplesmente horrível This company does not hire people to work, it hires to enslave!
