★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ginásio muito familiar. Excelente ambiente entre quem treina e personal treiners. Ginásio acolhedor, permite fazer treino utilizando 2 ou mais máquinas sem ter de esperar por estar ocupada. Tem diversas aulas de grupo bem como artes marciais como karaté e kickboxing.

Very familiar gym. Excellent environment between trainers and personal trainers. Cozy gym, allows you to train using 2 or more machines without having to wait to be occupied. He has several group classes as well as martial arts like karate and kickboxing.

Tryed to sign up twice, have been send away, left a review with my other email address, Owner answered on review, to send a mail and make and appointment. Email sent 3 x with a mon, never got an answer. Review got removed. Here you go the newest version for everybody to inform, that english speaking people are not welcome! The gym is for portuguese people!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually I don't write recessions, but if I see something that's not true (like the one star recession), I need to correct it.
I'm going in this gym for over one year for 5/6x a week and there was no single day I felt bad or not welcome!
You have everything in this gym you need, the Employees are very nice and always in a good mood. If you need help they're always around you.
The registration was really easy and the price is definetely okay for a gym where you have everything you need.
The english skills of the most of the employees are good too and they're everytime ready for a smalltalk, so I can't understand why somebody say this gym is only for portuguese people. That's absolutely not true, but well. People are different.
My conclussion: If I could give 10 stars, I would give 11. You have:
-Everything you need (machines, weights, outdoor space) Maybe some more iron handles would be nice
-Very nice and well mooded employees
-A good price for a month// good terms and conditions
I only could recommend this gym. And this comes from a man who doesn't speak much portuguese.
