Disse-me para deixar a minha peça, iria procurá-la e voltaria no dia seguinte.
Na manhã seguinte, voltei e ele me disse que não estava com a peça e que eu nunca havia lhe dado nada.
Muito grosseiro e injusto.
Felizmente encontrei tudo em outra loja de ferragens, mesmo tendo que comprar 2 peças em vez de 1.
 I was looking for a plate for the door lock.
He told me to leave my piece, he would look for it and come back the next day.
The next morning I came back and he told me he didn't have the piece and that I had never given him anything.
Very rude and unfair.
Luckily I found everything at another hardware store, even though I had to buy 2 pieces instead of 1.
