 We stayed one night in this beautiful and well furnished room, located 350 meters from Joao Pedro station, very kind and helpful host, highly recommended.

Good value for money. It is very well located, the beds are comfortable, the team is helpful and the rooms are newly remodeled. The bathroom can be improved.

The appartment was perfectly cleaned : main room with a king size bed, small desk, small wardrobe ; mini kitchen with microwave, water heater, tea, coffee, sugar and dishware for 2 persons. Bathroom is cleaned, functional and of good size. Bath towels, soap and shampoo are provided. TV is functional : we connected to netflix and could watch some youtube videos. It was pretty hot during the night (and even the day) but fortunately the fan was working perfectly
The location is great : everything interesting is around 10min by walk and the street is calm. The metro Trindade station is just nearby (direct to the airport and allow to go the beach easily).
We highly recommend this place, we spent a great time there and enjoyed our trip :)
