Contrato feito, pagamentos todos efectuados e no próprio dia não apareceram. A justificação foi que acharam que era no dia seguinte!!! Injustificável, dado que tive que dar várias garantias monetárias e no fim nem olharam para a data do contrato. Respondendo ao proprietário: Foram transportados sim. Depois de termos chegado ao local e o motorista nao se encontrar lá e ainda me ter dito que achava que o serviço era no dia a seguir. Ou seja ele nao estava preparado para realizar o serviço nesse dia, no dia em que o tinhamos contratado!!! Tiveram que ir fretar um autocarro à pressa e claro isso representou um atraso significativo para os convidados. Ficou resolvido, mas quando tentámos entrar em contacto com o proprietário no dia seguinte ninguém nos atendeu e não recebi sequer um pedido de desculpas nem da Portugal Bus nem da Venancio Tours. Acho que seria o minimo! Mas boa sorte e bom trabalho! I hired this company to help transport some guests on my wedding day. Contract made, payments all made and on the same day they didn't show up. The justification was that they thought it was the next day!!! Unjustifiable, given that I had to give several monetary guarantees and in the end they didn't even look at the contract date. Reply to owner: Yes, they were transported. After we arrived at the place and the driver was not there and still told me that he thought the service was the next day. In other words, he was not prepared to perform the service that day, the day we had hired him!!! They had to go to charter a bus in a hurry and of course this represented a significant delay for the guests. It was resolved, but when we tried to contact the owner the next day, no one answered and I didn't even receive an apology from either Portugal Bus or Venancio Tours. I think that would be the least! But good luck and good work!
