L	Leen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an excellent time with Guilherme on the Douro Valley wine tour. Lots of wine available so fairly tipsy by the end of the day! Guilherme was an excellent guide and told us all about Douro Valley and its history. The highlight was the last stop- visiting the wine, olive oil and honey producer. He was excellent with a brilliant sense of humour! Cannot recommend this tour enough - please book, you won't be disappointed!

Not only were our drivers/tour guide (Gui and Lilianna) kind, knowledgeable, and excellent company, but every experience was exceptional. She talked to us about the wine industry in Portugal and other relevant topics. The places we visited were stunning. I believe it was an authentic Portuguese experience. I would recommend anyone interested in wine, cheese and nature to book this tour. It was worth every dollar and met all my expectations.

The boat ride was scenic, but what really made the trip was our incredible guide, Hugo. We started the day as 8 strangers and quickly we all became friends due to Hugo's kind and welcoming personality.
J	Jiayi Huang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a wonderful tour of the douro valley with Hugo! It started with the car ride, he was right on time and very friendly. We discussed the terroir and climate of the region, as well as the emblematic varieties and categories of wines and port. He is very knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions. We had a lovely boat ride for an hour then visited quinto do beijo. That was really a fun choice of vineyard. Small (12 acres) and over 100 years old with a hilarious director (the son Joao) showing us around and letting us taste the high quality wines and ports. We had lunch in a beautiful house overlooking a vineyard, then to another vineyard with tastings of red, white, rose, honey and olive oil (very nice). Being a chef and rather picky (i admit this), I have to say I was really impressed with the knowledge and generosity of Hugo, the humour and passion of Joao and his wonderful ports, and just the beauty of the valley and hospitality in general we encountered through the trip. Thank you so much!

Our guide, Tiago, was informative and entertaining, and every stop along the way was delightful. It was so nice to let someone else do all the driving so all we had to do was eat, drink, learn, and enjoy! This was absolutely the best and most enjoyable thing I did on my visit to Portugal!
