Atendimento excelente, desde que passei a usar a PORTUGALRENTE, tenho tido sempre a certeza de que quando chego ao aeroporto de Lisboa, não tenho preocupação com o veiculo que vou usar seja por 15 dias ou mesmo por 60, sempre tenho o preposto a minha espera e um veiculo impecável para não ter problemas em viagem.

IF YOU ARE A FOREIGNER FROM NORTH AMERICA DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I am a Canadian who was visiting Portugal for the first time, we as Canadians like to think everyone is law abiding and won't try to scam you if you are a nice person and trusting. I was wrong.... Basically, I rented the car online and then they made me put a huge damage deposit down. They told me that I had to use my debit card to ensure that a cash deposit would be put into their accounts if anything went wrong. Again, me being trusting i said, okay. First mistake! When i picked up the car, the employee and I took a walk around the car, there was damage on the car. I noted it in the piece of paper. I took very good care of the car and there was absolutely no damage when I returned it at the airport. I knew there was no damage because I had put a 960 euro damage deposit down in order to get the car in the first place. I returned home to Canada hoping that I would get my damage deposit back as there was no damage on the car, and I was sent fake pictures of damage. I knew the damage they took in the picture was impossible because I made sure to check the car before I gave it back to the employee. Now I am in Canada down my damage deposit and I can't get the money back. If you do get a car from this company I recommend you take the following steps similar to the french person below: 1. make sure you use a visa, and don't use your pin - that way if something goes wrong you can contest the payment. 2. Before you sign any papers take a video of the inside of the car and the outside of the car. This way if you miss something that isn't in the papers you have clear evidence to say it wasn't you. 3. Before dropping off the car or allowing one of them to pick it up, make sure you have a video of the outside and inside of the car showing that there is no damage. They will use fake pictures to take any extra money they can from you. Just please do not use this company, pay a bit more and go with a larger company that is more well known so you don't have to deal with the headaches.

Excellent company. Provides exactly what is advertised, unlike various other car rental company's in Porutgal. Car was decent and a long trip to Holland did'nt impose an issue at all (7200km in 8 days or so).
