Muita falta de profissionalismo no atendimento ao público. O estranho é que existe tanta gente a querer e merecer trabalhar… as duas senhoras que se encontravam hoje, dia 10.03.2022 pelas 14:30 deixam muito a desejar! Terrible attendance. Very rude, with an attitude that seemed that everyone owed them and no one paid them. Very unprofessional in customer service. The strange thing is that there are so many people wanting and deserving to work... the two ladies who met today, 10.03.2022 at 14:30 leave a lot to be desired!
d	danielabnr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entregas com má organização, mandaram me mensagem ontem a dizer que a minha encomenda chegava hoje até às 19h, e não veio nada, sabendo que a encomenda estava no posto desde as 10h45 da manhã, não hesitei em ligar pro CTT Expresso (pois o próprio posto não atende) porque nunca mais me mandaram mensagem a respeito. E a senhora diz-me que a encomenda não chegou a tempo da distribuição???? Avisar os clientes seria mais profissional do que deixar as pessoas à espera de algo que não vai chegar naquele dia.

S	Steven Barlow on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not so much the shop even though its sevice...is slow . My postman was replaced by a young guy some time ago thought it was just holiday relief for the usual guy. My post was always around 10 or just before. Never had problems with things being delivered, now the postman doesn't deliver before midday always looks confused if he doesn't know where he is posting. , he posted at mine drove off then came back as he had not posted all my post. I've ordered online and things that should of reached me by now are not to be seen. I live on the Calicos has anyone else had this problem. Some of the items should of reached me weeks ago. Ok not expensive not all have tracking.. would like to know if anyone else have concerns over post.

This is at least the 5th time CTT doesn´t deliver the package home, but leave a "aviso de entrega" for me to go to the post office the next business day. I´m always home and even sometimes right by the entrance. They never ring the bell or knock on the door, but then write "nobody answered", which is simply a lie! It´s their job to deliver the packages and not for us to spend our time to go to the post office and wait in line to get our package every time! Some times I wait urgently for a package and have to wait a whole weekend just because the mailman/woman didn´t have a car to bring the packages or is just too lazy... I don´t understand the reason. Never had a problem with other delivery companies. CTT is the worse!!!
