Estou farto de escrever no livro de reclamação e mesmo assim não adianta de nada. Lousy services, postman leaves the post office at the door of the building instead of leaving notice to pick up the parcel at the CTT post. I'm fed up with writing in the complaint book and it still doesn't do any good.
A	Angela Machado on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje fui atendida muito mau pela funcionária que infelizmente não vi o nome mas nem que vá lá de propósito para fazer reclamação sobre a mesma. Então admite se que o vale de reforma da minha mãe ainda não tenha chegado... Depois de falar para a seg social e me disseram de fonte segura que o vale foi enviado no dia 2 e estamos a 14 e ainda não chegou. O senhor da seg social deu me o código para poder saber ou levantar e a dita senhora nem se deu ao trabalho de ver. Não pode continuar haver funcionários assim. Claro que vou apresentar queixa e depois vamos ver quem ri por último. Today I was treated very poorly by the employee who unfortunately did not see the name but not even going there on purpose to complain about her. So it's admitted that my mother's retirement voucher hasn't arrived yet... After talking to Social Mon and I was told by a reliable source that the voucher was sent on the 2nd and we're on the 14th and it hasn't arrived yet. The man from Social Security gave me the code to be able to know or get up and the said lady didn't even bother to see it. There can't continue to be employees like that. Of course I'll press charges and then we'll see who laughs last.
