E esta apenas uma funcionária sozinha a trabalhar no posto. É uma vergonha mas retrata bem o estado moribundo dos nossos "serviços de qualidade" uma pessoa. A servir dezenas. É vergonhoso. Like any Portuguese public service. But especially in the ones that matter, we arrive at the post office where there is a line of 10 people. And this is just a single employee working at the post. It's a shame but it portrays well the dying state of our "quality services" a person. Serving dozens. It's shameful.

Staff are very professional and polite. It's a shame it's such a small store for such a populous area. At certain times of the day you wait a long time.

Sobre os funcionários, só tenho a dizer coisas boas. Mesmo com vários problemas que tem tido ao longo dos anos (provocados pela empresa e não por eles), prestam sempre um serviço de excelência. Um especial agradecimento ao Sr. Paulo e à Sra. Teresa. It is a CTT post that deserved a renovation of its facilities, taking into account that the space is quite small for the number of customers it receives on a daily basis. About the employees, I can only say good things. Even with several problems that it has had over the years (caused by the company and not by them), they always provide an excellent service. Special thanks to Mr. Paulo and Ms. Teresa.
