★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passei o dia a tentar telefonar para o CTT Entroncamento, para saber informação sobre perca de CC, telefonei inúmeras vezes para o contacto indicado, enviei mail, e zero atendimento. Marquei o n. 707 ( claro que pago) e qual o espanto que me dizem que é n. interno, peço para passar para reclamações e aguardo ouvindo conversar e qual não é o espanto a chamada é desligada. Bem espanto não será quando nos dirigimos a um posto CTT.
I spent the day trying to call CTT Entroncamento to find out about CC loss, I called the indicated contact countless times, sent mail, and zero attendance. I dialed no. 707 (of course I pay) and what amazement they tell me is n. Internal, I ask to pass for complaints and wait listening to talk and what is not the surprise the call is disconnected. Well astonishment will not be when we go to a CTT post.
