O atendimento é feito por funcionários da junta de freguesia, pelo que qualquer pedido de esclarecimento ou reclamação fica sem resposta. Desresponsabilização total. O tempo de espera pode ser extremamente demorado. Deviam encerrar este ponto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is what I think about CTT Santo Ovidio.
Pro:
1. The location is really good because it is in the main road and near Santo Ovidio.
2. They open from Monday - Friday (closed in holiday). They open from the morning and close in lunch time. They open again after lunch.
3. The place is not so big, with Covid19 restrictions, when there is a long queue, we need to wait outside.
4. The staffs are friendly and kind.
5. The best time to visit this office is in the morning, there is no queue. After lunch, I usually see some people already waited outside the office when it is still closed.
6. You must wear your mask before entering to the building.
7. They only accept payment in cash, no MBWAY.
Cons:
1. The queue between people whom are going to take and send package are mixed. I understand may be because of a small CTT and only 1 worker there. If they can separate this queue, it will be better in the future.
2. They write the office close at 17:00
A week ago, I arrived there 16:40 and they did not allow more people to be in the queue. So, it should not be written 17:00 or please write more note about it.
I walk from my home (20 minutes) and got disappointed.
I advise you to arrive there at least 30 minutes before they close.
