A media mañana hemos vuelto, no te informa nada, cobran por el plano y no había información en castellano.( Luego te das cuenta que lo que pone inglés, tienen reseñas en castellano). Como deseando acabar rápido. Visita la ciudad por tu cuenta, no hay visitas guiadas..( luego he visto un guía. ). Descepcionante.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te cobran por un mapa, la primera vez que me pasa, como norma en Portugal sería entendible pero en Setubal y Èvora las he visitado el la misma semana y no me han contado nada.
They charge you for a map, the first time it happens to me, as a rule in Portugal it would be understandable but in Setubal and Èvora I have visited them the same week and they have not told me anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te cobran 1,50 € por el plano de turismo de la ciudad siendo un organismo oficial y público. Sino lo quieres pocas explicaciones y te apañas con los letreros y carteles que vas encontrando

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es la primera vez en mi vida que me quieren cobrar en Información y Turismo por un mapa de la ciudad, 1,5€. Veo que no soy el único al que le pasó.
Otro tema impactante es que la persona que me atendió apenas sabía español. Sé que no es obligatorio que en Portugal sepan nuestro idioma, pero al frente de un puesto como este y en un pueblo que hace frontera con España sí me parece vital.
It is the first time in my life that they want to charge me in Information and Tourism for a map of the city, € 1.50. I see that I am not the only one to whom it happened.
Another shocking issue is that the person who attended me barely knew Spanish. I know that it is not mandatory that in Portugal they know our language, but at the head of a position like this and in a town that borders Spain it does seem vital to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precioso edificio exterior, sin embargo la atención deja mucho que desear, pues el plano de la ciudad te cuesta 1,5 euros y si no lo compras, te remiten a los carteles informativos exteriores para cualquier explicación sobre la visita a la ciudad
Beautiful exterior building, however the attention leaves much to be desired, since the city map costs you 1.5 euros and if you do not buy it, they will refer you to the exterior information posters for any explanation about the visit to the city
