Ja la estive varias vezes porque a shisha e boa e os cocktails sao muito bons( 5 estrelas)! ... mas infelizmente o atendimento é pessimo e o tempo de espera grande! Nao ligam muito aos clientes, por vezes os empregados andam com a cabeça nas nuvens temos que repetir os pedidos e puxar por eles (1estrela). I was undecided about the stars. I've been there several times because the shisha is good and the cocktails are very good (5 stars)! ... but unfortunately the service is terrible and the waiting time is long! They don't pay much attention to customers, sometimes employees walk with their heads in the clouds, we have to repeat orders and pull them out (1 star).

Os funcionários eram todos bastante simpáticos e atenciosos, as bebidas e comidas têm um preço acessíveis, as Shishas têm vários sabores diferentes e estão bem apresentadas. Deixamos a escolha do sabor da Shisha por conta de um dos funcionários, que nos "apresentou" a um sabor que desconhecíamos que era bastante fresco, suave e que não continha muito doce no cheiro (foi uma boa escolha pois não era enjoativo), e veio a combinar bem com o Bombay Sapphire! Great place to hang out and enjoy good drinks and listen to great music! The staff were all very friendly and attentive, the drinks and food are affordable, the Shishas come in many different flavors and are well presented. We left the choice of the taste of Shisha to one of the staff, who "introduced" us to a flavor we didn't know was very fresh, smooth and not too sweet to smell (it was a good choice because it wasn't boring), and came to match the Bombay Sapphire well!
