★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I spent a night on our honeymoon here. We thought the setting was exquisite (if not a bit romantic), staff were incredibly accommodating, and the room was relaxing (a little noisy during dinner and breakfast hours because the restaurant was above us, but it did not disturb sleep). Could not have been happier with our stay!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a splendid stay. The castle is well taken care of. The staff is really friendly and solicit. The meals are really tasty and plated. The pool is welcoming when the heat is off the charts. The pool needs a revamp but it works for now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped there for lunch on the way to Evora, as the restaurant only opens at 12h30 the reception asked us to come back 10 minutes later.
Food was OK nothing wrong with it but nothing exceptional either service was slow as there seemed to be only one person working in the restaurant

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an amazing hotel meant to stop off check in and spend the afternoon exploring Evora...but had to change the itinerary and just stay at the hotel, lovely pool, lovely gardens amazing staff thank you all so much just wish we had had longer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff were friendly and polite. There is plenty of parking onsite. Wifi performed well. Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection of options. Our room was plenty large enough, quiet and had lovely garden views. The gardens were beautiful, even in November. Only downside was no kettle in the rooms.
