★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great little cafe, directly opposite the town hall and in viewing distance of the indoor market with all its interesting bits. Not to mention the motorbikes and music on a Saturday morning.
The food here is local and well prepared. The dish of the day is always excellent value, but only if you like Portuguese food. I do.
Good value on all the dishes, but it does get very busy, especially on a Saturday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good meal at a very low price. We’ve had bread, olives and butter for starters (huge portion for only €1.5) and turkey burgers as a main. Burgers were for €5 each served with portion of fries and salad with sweet & sour sauce. It all tasted delicious. We also had chocolate mousse for desserts.
