★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venho por este meio indicar que à mais de 5 meses atrás encomendei duas placas de aviso de vídeo vigilância. Na loja indicara-me que dentro de dois dias as placas iam estar disponíveis para levantamento em loja. Entretanto tinha passado uma semana e as placas ainda não tinham chegado. Decidi desistir da encomenda e pedi o reembolso do valor das placas. Até hoje em dia o reembolso nunca mais foi efetuado. Não é a questão de 15€ que vai influenciar o meu modo de vida ou algo do género, é mesmo a questão de atitude da parte da empresa. Prazos não cumpridos e reembolso não efetuado. Atitude nada profissional.
 I hereby indicate that more than 5 months ago I ordered two video surveillance notice boards. At the store he told me that within two days the plates would be available for pick up in store. However, a week had passed and the plates still hadn't arrived. I decided to give up the order and asked for a refund of the value of the plates. To this day the refund has never been made. It's not the question of €15 that will influence my way of life or anything like that, it's really the question of attitude on the part of the company. Deadlines missed and refund not made. Unprofessional attitude.
