★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A primeira vez que entrei neste estabelecimento fui muito bem atendido com muita simpatia no geral os barbeiros são espetaculares e também tenho a acrescentar que é um ambiente agradável até para se estar com as crianças

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No passado sábado optei por levar os meus amigos ao prime house clube 3 na avenida pois adorei o atendimento na barbearia, mas foi uma grande desilusão, clientes a fumar tabaco la dentro e quando um colega meu pergunta ao colaborador, se pode fumar lá dentro o colaborador, tem o descaramento de dizer " não podes fumar ca dentro, eles fumam por que são amigos da casa" respostas destas sao surreais, também estamos a consumir e a gastar dinheiro na casa e não temos os mesmos diretos que os outros clientes, o serviço é super demorado e uma desorganização e falta de simpatia ao balcão de todo o tamanho e para não falar que a nível de segurança contra o covid o lugar é sem qualquer tipo de condições de segurança, os próprios colaboradores andam sem máscara. Não recomendo, uma experiência a não repetir, Péssimo.
Last Saturday I chose to take my friends to prime house club 3 on the avenue because I loved the service at the barbershop, but it was a big disappointment, customers smoking tobacco inside and when a colleague of mine asks the employee, if you can smoke inside the employee, he has the nerve to say "you can't smoke inside, they smoke because they're friends at home" these answers are surreal, we're also consuming and spending money at home and we don't have the same rights as other customers, the service is super time-consuming and disorganization and lack of sympathy at the counter of any size and not to mention that the level of security against the covid the place is without any kind of security conditions, the employees themselves walk without masks. I don't recommend it, an experience not to be repeated, very poor.
