★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Era cliente deste posto de combustível desde que abriu, a semana passada pus 20€ de gasolina e estacionei o carro em casa que fica a uns 500 m da bomba. Voltei a pegar no carro passado umas horas e apercebi-me que tinha o carro na reserva pensei que fosse problema do carro e voltei a por mais 20 mas agora na Repsol e o problema desapareceu. Passei na Prio para reportar o problema não queria que me devolvessem o dinheiro apenas queria reportar o sucedido ao funcionário e apareceu entretanto a gerente que para além de muito arrogante disse-me que nunca tiveram lá esse problema e para eu olhar para a pista que estava cheia de carros para abastecer e que eram inspecionados por uma empresa qualquer e portanto o problema não era deles. Fica o aviso tenham atenção.
I was a customer of this gas station since it opened, last week I put in €20 of petrol and parked the car at home, which is about 500 m from the pump. I picked up the car again after a few hours and realized that I had the car in the reserve I thought it was a problem with the car and I went back to it for another 20 but now at Repsol and the problem has disappeared. I went to Prio to report the problem, I didn't want the money back, I just wanted to report it to the employee and the manager appeared, however, besides being very arrogant, told me that they had never had this problem there and for me to look at the clue that was full of cars to refuel and that were inspected by any company and therefore the problem was not theirs. It is the warning please pay attention.
