I can confirm all of this because I worked there and I only didn't said anything earlier because my contract prevented me from doing so. If you want to check out the kitchen asked them because they r obligated by the law to let you check it out. If they refuse pls contact the authorities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the best outdoor seating in town. Located on the Miguel Bombarda walk, right by the river front, makes a pleasant place for afternoon drinks or a cup of coffee after lunch. The staff tribes to be nice and pleasant. Downsides, the pastry is not fresh, the concept is not clear. Cocktail bar, pastry shop, coffee shop? Maybe that's why the crowd here is a bit confused.
