★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço! O responsável Miguel Oliva faz nos perder tempo sem nos dar um orçamento há mais de 3 semanas! Não retribui as chamadas, e depois de várias chamadas para o escritório, a funcionária já nem sabe o que dizer! Falta de profissionalismo e compromisso com os clientes!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enviei um pedido de orçamento através da site e, tal não é o meu espanto quando 2/3 dias depois telefono e me indicam que não foi recebido. Pediram que o enviasse por e-mail e que dariam resposta logo que possível.
uns dias de pois, tendo comunicado a minha urgência e tendo sido garantido que havia tempo suficiente, volto a telefonar e consegui falar com a pessoa responsável pelo orçamento que me diz que:
- não lhe passaram toda a informação
- só agora, porque eu telefonei, é que estava a ver pela primeira vez o pedido de orçamento
- que ia trabalhar nisso e daí a umas 2 horas entrava em contacto comigo.
Uma vez mais, aguardo 2 ou 3 dias e volto a contactar, foi-me dito que não era possível falar com o responsável dos orçamentos mas que iam averiguar e que ainda nesse mesmo dia me contactavam a dar alguma informação.
ontem, ao fim de praticamente 3 semanas desde que se iniciou o processo, voltei a telefonar apenas para deixar o meu desagrado porque me foi garantido algo e não houve qualquer preocupação em atender o cliente. Um trabalho que era urgente, ficou sem qualquer resposta apesar de ter sido garantido que era possível e que o fariam com tempo.
1 contacto via plataforma, 1 contacto por e-mail, 4 contactos por telefone, praticamente 3 semanas e não houve qualquer demonstração de preocupação ou profissionalismo.
Na última chamada, foi-me dito que tinha razão mas que não podiam fazer nada porque se tratava do trabalho de outra pessoa... não me parece uma justificação profissional, havendo sempre alguma coisa que pudesse ter sido feita.
É lamentável! Não sei mesmo como estão abertos e como ainda conseguem ter clientes (se é que conseguem).
O meu conselho: NÃO PERCAM TEMPO COM ESTA EMPRESA!
I sent a budget request through the website and, this is not my astonishment when 2/3 days later I telephoned and they indicated to me that it was not received. They asked me to e-mail it and they would respond as soon as possible.
a few days later, having communicated my urgency and being assured that there was enough time, I call again and I was able to speak with the person responsible for the budget who tells me that:
- did not give him all the information
- just now, because I called, I was seeing the budget request for the first time
- I was going to work on it and after about 2 hours I would get in touch with me.
Once again, I wait 2 or 3 days and I'll contact you again, I was told that it was not possible to speak to the budgets manager but they were going to inquire and that they would still contact me that day to give some information.
yesterday, after almost 3 weeks since the start of the process, I just phoned to leave my dislike because I was guaranteed something and there was no concern in serving the client. A job that was urgent, was left without any response although it was guaranteed that it was possible and that they would do it in time.
1 contact via platform, 1 contact by email, 4 contacts by phone, almost 3 weeks and there was no show of concern or professionalism.
At the last call, I was told that I was right but that they could not do anything because it was someone else's work ... it does not seem to me to be a professional justification, and there was always something that could have been done.
It's unfortunate! I do not even know how they're open and how they can still have customers (if they can).
My advice: DO NOT SPEND TIME WITH THIS COMPANY!
