Para além de que, da segunda vez que lá fui nem sequer encontravam a ficha do animal, porque o registaram com outro nome. Também nunca tive menos de 45 min à espera, desde a hora marcada, para entrar numa consulta. Pela segunda vez, as análises dele não estão boas e, das poucas vezes que me atendem, garantem-me que a Dra me liga nesse dia. Espero e nada. Depois de várias tentativas todos os dias, ou não me atendem, ou a Dra já não se encontra no consultório. Com isto, já passaram duas semanas e ainda continuo à espera da dita chamada, mesmo tendo pedido POR FAVOR para me ligarem e deixarem um lembrete para que não se esqueçam. Preciso de resolver a questão de saúde do meu animal o mais rápido possível e ninguém me diz o que fazer, é uma irresponsabilidade por parte da associação. I also never had less than 45 min waiting, since the scheduled time, to enter an appointment. For the second time, his analyzes are not good and, of the few times that they assist me, they assure me that Dr. calls me that day. I hope and nothing. After several attempts every day, either I am not answered, or the Doctor is no longer in the office. With that, two weeks have passed and I'm still waiting for that call, even though I PLEASE asked to call me and leave a reminder so they don't forget. I need to resolve my pet's health issue as soon as possible and nobody tells me what to do, it is irresponsible on the part of the association.

Levei o meu cao e apesar de naquele momento nao ter dinheiro ele foi atendido e paguei hoje. Gostei. Obrigadao. I liked the way they treated me. I confess that when my dog sneezes or gets sad, I go into a turmoil not knowing what to do. I took my dog and even though I didn't have any money at the time, he was attended to and I paid today. Uma hora à espera... sem a consulta se efetivar. Pelos vistos hoje era dia de atender os amigos não as consultas marcadas com antecedência. Um cão esperar uma hora é obra! Desta vez foi a dona que desistiu. Uma falat de respeito total pelos donos e pelos animais! Unfortunately for my dog, who was not seen by mrs doctor Susana because she decided, in good Portuguese style, to pass her little friends in front of her, it is an experience to forget. An hour waiting... without the consultation taking place. Apparently today was the day to meet friends not appointments scheduled in advance. A dog waiting an hour is work! This time it was the owner who gave up. A speech of total respect for the owners and the animals!
