★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No me ha gustado que me hayan 'caducado' mis prozis points, y mucho menos sin al menos un aviso de que iban a hacerlo, ya que los hubiera gastado antes de caducar. Me ha decepcionado bastante.
I did not like that my prozis points have 'expired', much less without at least a warning that they were going to do so, since I would have spent them before they expired. I have been quite disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dommages que se soit DPD qui soit charger de vos livraisons. Une catastrophe ! Un service lamentable et rien n'est fait de la part de Prozis ! Déçue car Prozis baisse en qualité et en service livraison.
Damage that DPD is responsible for your deliveries. A disaster ! Terrible service and nothing is being done from Prozis! Disappointed because Prozis is declining in quality and delivery service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ de bons produits mais un service client plus que débile qui ne prend pas le client en considération et met en doute sa fiabilité alors qu'il ne fait que mettre en avant des problèmes de livraison et qu'il en apporte la preuve...votre logo est "exceed yourself"...il serait temps que votre service client le fasse!!!!!!!!!
good products but more than stupid customer service that does not take the customer into consideration and questions its reliability when it only highlights delivery problems and provides proof ... your logo is "exceed yourself" ... it's about time your customer service did it !!!!!!!!!
