No dia 25 pelas 14:10 eu estava á entrada da estação Sete Rios com um saco da worten á espera de uma pessoa a quem ia trocar a minha consola por um smartphone. Essa pessoa enganou-me em 400 euros por um telemovel que depois descobri que nem vale 20 pois não tem som e sem garantia. Por favor descubram esse desgraçado para nao enganar mais ninguem Please help me. No dia, 05 de Setembro de 2016, pelas 16.30 h, fui com a minha mãe idosa de 77 anos participar uma queixa relativa ao cartão de cidadão que a minha irmã se apoderou dele e negava entregar á nossa mãe, fui ouvida pelo agente policial comandante Sr. Carlos Damásio, prestou-nos todo o apoio deu orientações sobre o devido procedimento à minha mãe e a mim, tendo um papel fundamental de ajuda também, muito gentil e amigável e tratou-nos imenso bem. Eu e a minha mãe estamos muito contentes e gratas pela ajuda do agente! Nunca conhecemos um agente da autoridade que prestasse apoio com tanto empenho e tão zeloso! Esta experiência deixa-nos uma imagem que temos boas autoridades no nosso país. Eu acho e creio que o sr agente teve as técnicas de comunicação.ao mais alto nível, este executará com certeza um excelente trabalho no Vosso Serviço. On September 5, 2016, at 4.30 pm, I went with my 77-year-old mother to file a complaint about the citizen card that my sister took hold of him and refused to give to our mother, I was heard by the commanding police officer Mr. Carlos Damásio, he gave us all the support and gave my mother and me guidance on the proper course of action. I was not sure about the police service in Portugal as I have heard thousands of times of how bad the service could be. However, this wasn't the case of this police station. The officers were very warm and patient. The one who attended me was very good-tempered and asked me with patience. And the one who dealt with my case, Officer Martins, was very responsible and made sure that all the information was correct and told me what I could do using the statement. Before I left they even let me use their toilet. As policemen they certainly do not have to wear a big smile all the time, but their service was just really good. It took me about 30 minutes to have everything carefully done. This police station deserves a 5 star.
