 The experience lived in this squad on the 13th of July, around 6 pm I have to point out that the whole team that was on duty provided us with an exemplary service, did not know that such efficient and cordial service was possible. Well there's the whole team. Margarida Simões.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pessimo atendimento. demoraran 3 horas pra relatar um informe de robo em carro. Realmente achei com pouca disposicao de ajudar e muito despreparados. o carro foi quebrada a janela pra robar meu bolso. e estava estacionado 300 metros de distancia deste esquadrao.... isso é bom policiamento??? Assim Lisboa vai atrair turistas? Nao volto mais com esses policiais
terrible attendance. it took 3 hours to report a report from a robot in a car. I really found it with little willingness to help and very unprepared. the car was broken the window to rob my pocket. and it was parked 300 meters away from this squad .... is that good policing ??? So will Lisbon attract tourists? I won't be back with these policemen

Agent José Fernandes made an approach in Belém where he was very friendly and even was willing to inform about the new rules that I was not aware of! (I just regretted not asking for the cell phone number ?)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V. Afonso is a policeman that was very rude to us and didn’t want to help us with making a report about our stolen wallet. He was saying that we need to speak Portugese with him even though he knows English pretty well. We asked for a complaints book and reported his bad behavior. After that he told be that he hopes that he wouldn’t see me again in perfect English. The worst police station in my life.
