Má educação a niveis extremos. Como queremos uma cidade civilizada quando os propios agentes sao os primeiros a desrespeitar os outros.( falo desta situacao obviamente o agente nem se identificou)
I just called to report a situation and tell me Mr. Agent "oh but do you want to keep talking or let me fix the situation?"
Bad manners at extreme levels. How we want a civilized city when the agents themselves are the first to disrespect others. (I speak of this situation obviously the agent did not even identify)
