★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estamos imenso tempo à espera para apresentar uma queixa, explicamos a situação várias vezes, somos constantemente incomodados por outras pessoas e no fim a resolução é 0. Falam em inquérito dali a uns dias e meses depois ainda nada... Quando tentamos acrescentar novas informações somos abordados por várias pessoas e nenhuma regista a informação porque diz para "aguardar pelo inquérito daqui a uns dias". Independentemente de ser dali a uns dias ou não, a informação devia ser acrescentada ao processo (informação pertinente de contactos). Resultado: não foi e ainda hoje aguardo o tal inquérito assim como a resolução da situação...
We are waiting a long time to file a complaint, we explain the situation several times, we are constantly bothered by other people and in the end the resolution is 0. They talk about an investigation in a few days and months later still nothing ... When we try to add new information we are approached by several people and none of them record the information because they say "wait for the inquiry in a few days". Regardless of whether it was in a few days or not, the information should be added to the process (pertinent contact information). Result: it was not and still awaits this inquiry as well as the resolution of the situation ...
