A empresa PT Contact - Telemarketing e Serviços , é contratada pela TAP para dar volta nos passeiros depois de 06 contatos, continuei sem saber o que fazer, funcionários totalmente despreparados, e ao meu ver a responsabilidade é da TAP que subcontrata a empresa. Comprei uma passagem pela TAP, e ficam informando para o passageiro ir conversar com a GOL, empresa que foi contratada para fazer apenas um trecho da viagem. LAMENTÁVEL !!!!!!
Lousy service. The company PT Contact - Telemarketing and Services, is hired by TAP to give back to passengers after 06 contacts, I still did not know what to do, employees were totally unprepared, and in my view the responsibility lies with TAP that subcontracts the company. I bought a ticket through TAP, and they are informing the passenger to go and talk to GOL, a company that was hired to do only a part of the trip. UNFORTUNATE !!!!!!

Salários os mais baixos possíveis mas tentam respeitar os colaboradores o que depende da agência colaboradora - que fique além disso... Pouco respeito pela proteção dos empregados, não há segurança complementaria de saúde nem médico o que faça perder dinheiro cada vez que ir ao Centro de Saúde por uma simples prescrição. Locais públicos espaçosos e limpos, os escritórios infelizmente não. Empregados do edifício muito simpáticos. Anciã Portugal Telecomunicações, já não têm projetos próprios e apenas funcionam em outsourcing. Pena mas realidade. Pouco recomendável.
It has projects in the field of telemarketing and call centers including the worst. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst working place i been in my life! Bad attitude from unproffesional, desparate managers, lowest salary. They do not pay you if you break a contract. Don't sign the contract before you read all of it through. Worked for CHEP call center. Noisy, crowdy, dirty chairs. Nothing positive.
