Worst açai in Cascais. It was frozen yet not thick. Worst combination

Acai bowl was disgusting, the salad was so salty it was inedible. Croissants and coffee were the only passable items on the menu.

My favorite café in Cascais with a nice view and friendly staff. Compared to other places at the Marina very affordable. ?

This commanding space in the marina of Cascais is our go-to for AÇAÍ . They have 3 sizes. These all include the extras that others can charge more for. This can be a drag to have to figure what to leave out etc! Here their LARGE size is 500gr of açaí (not scooped: preferable for me). They add - our preference - fruit (banana, chopped strawberries, coconut slivers, blueberries), granola, powdered milk, paçoca (peanut paste w/ sugar: if not allergic), etc. We don’t go overboard with extra sauces (choc, fruit syrups, honey, condensed milk etc), though these are also ALL included for €7.90 (large size). I have tried most of the places in Cascais and this is our regular favorite. Note: Beware as açaí comes in many varieties and can be of inferior quality with plenty of artificial preservatives and several types of unhealthy sugar (as you find in tubs of açaí available in supermarkets). Qab || daQ: odd name (though ez to recall if you see first 3 letters as mirror image of last 3: then you won’t forget ?). They also serve café items: coffee, sandwiches AND more abundant hamburgers, salads, pão de queijo (cheese-filled choux pastry balls: Brazilian staple) and pancakes. Toasted choices are a little higher priced than average though are enough for two ( ‘Cept for you young gannets!!). For this ample spaced terrace - they’ll need more tables and chairs eventually - and small cabin-like food prep area you wonder how such a small space can cater such variety of popular choices. The best of success to you :) Enjoy all :)

terrible service. I placed an order for delivery and they accepted it. And after 40 minutes they just canceled. not immediately, but after 40 minutes !!!! No, I do not think so. and yes, I contacted Uber Eats where I received a response that you canceled the order. maybe I should attach a screenshot here?
