L	Luis Ribeiro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitivamente a não viajar com esta Airline, voos cancelados 2 dias antes do voo, e em vez de contatarem os passageiros para remarcar voo, não, os passageiros é que em roaming tem que ligar um número a pagar para remarcar os voos. No site indicam de que para pedir um fatura devemos contatar o escritório local do país onde foi adquirido o bilhete, para surpresa, o e-mail fornecido para contato não está a funcionar (email devolvido) e os números de telefone existentes estão desligados. O número de atendimento a passageiros frequentes funciona, e redirecionado para outro pais (não sei qual) onde nos atendem em Ingles (muito mau) que no indicam os mesmo contactos que já não funcionam e nos dizem que é o que tem não sabem fazer mais nada.... Para uma Airline que se considera a melhor do mundo (devem ter pago bem para obter o título) pois o serviço mais parece o de uma mercearia de rua. Definitely not to travel with this Airline, flights canceled 2 days before the flight, and instead of contacting passengers to reschedule a flight, no, passengers are roaming when they have to call a paid number to reschedule flights. On the website they indicate that to request an invoice we must contact the local office of the country where the ticket was purchased, to surprise, the email provided for contact is not working (email returned) and the existing phone numbers are disconnected. The frequent flyer service number works, and redirected to another country (I don't know which one) where they serve us in English (very bad) they tell us the same contacts that no longer work and tell us that's what they have they don't know how to do anymore nothing.... For an Airline that is considered the best in the world (they must have paid well to get the title) because the service is more like that of a street grocery store.

You just feel you have been taken care of, and when you fly with this airline you are sure you never miss any of your flights because Qatar airways is there to take care of you.
