★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extraordinários, Espetaculares, Fantásticos, e mesmo assim não faz justiça ao trabalho deles.
Toda a equipa da Quartzo se envolve na obra como sendo a sua casa e trata todas as decisões como sendo para si mesmo. Foi uma remodeação total em que ficámos completamente descansados em todo o processo.
Além do "normal" cumprimento de prazos e da obra pedida (que hoje em dia só por si vale ouro), a qualidade do trabalho foi extraordinária em todos os sentidos, a resolução de qualquer questão (mesmo questões extra-obra) foi sempre rápida e a considerar o cliente, toda a gente foi sempre atenciosa e simpatiquíssima não só com os proprietários mas também com todos os vizinhos do prédio, a conclusão foi atecipada, a ajuda aos proprietários foi (e continua a ser) permanente, tempos de resposta e disponibilidade para qualquer questão em segundos, acompanhamento diário e permanente da obra (fosse por telefonemas, fosse num grupo próprio de whatsapp criado para colocar questões, fotos e vídeos, etc), enfim, não dá para expressar por palavras a forma positiva e extraordinária como a obra foi feita e concluída.
Ter a possibilidade de trabalhar com uma empresa desta qualidade hoje em dia é impagável.
Muitos parabéns a toda a equipa, em particular aos amigos Miguel Vieira, Bruno e Rui, e o nosso sincero obrigado. ?
Extraordinary, Spectacular, Fantastic, and yet it doesn't do their work justice.
The entire Quartzo team is involved in the work as their home and treats all decisions as for themselves. It was a total refurbishment in which we were completely relaxed throughout the entire process.
In addition to the "normal" compliance with deadlines and the work requested (which nowadays alone is worth gold), the quality of the work was extraordinary in every way, the resolution of any question (even extra-work questions) was always fast and considering the customer, everyone was always attentive and very friendly not only with the owners but also with all the neighbors of the building, the conclusion was anticipated, the help to the owners was (and continues to be) permanent, response times and availability for any question in seconds, daily and permanent monitoring of the work (either by phone calls, or in a whatsapp group created to ask questions, photos and videos, etc), in short, it is not possible to express in words the positive and extraordinary way the work was done and completed.
Having the opportunity to work with a company of this quality today is priceless.
