Lúcia was a 5 star hostess and was always available. Mário was extremely friendly and empathetic with our group, he really captivated. The team of instructors is extraordinary! Improvement opportunities: Shadows and chairs !! Time between flights for jumps! A sweetie like a jumping diploma would be interesting!
A	Alice Kennerly on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tinha marcado um salto com o meu companheiro, viajei até ao alentejo e cancelaram o salto 2 dias antes (por causa de calor, o que nunca vi isso acontecer em lugares nos quais costuma estar mais calor ainda que aqui...) Quando ligamos para lá para saber como poderíamos resolver, senhora que nos atendeu (Lúcia o nome dela) não mostrou nenhuma preocupação em ajudar os seus clientes. Não fazem a devolução do dinheiro e não se mostram sequer interessados em nos dar auxílio. Péssimo serviço. I had scheduled a jump with my companion, I traveled to the Alentejo and they canceled the jump 2 days before (because of the heat, which I have never seen happen in places where it is usually even hotter than here ...) When we called there to find out how we could solve it, the lady who attended to us (Lúcia, her name) showed no concern in helping her clients. They do not return the money and are not even interested in helping us. Poor service.

Classifico o pessoal com nota 10: simpáticos, prestáveis e bastante comunicativos. O único ponto que necessitam de melhorar é na organização, sendo que, o meu salto foi cancelado e remarcado novamente. Este contratempo ao repetir-se muitas vezes pode prejudicar a reputação da excelente equipa que nos recebe quando chegamos ao local do salto. It is indeed a unique experience that I intend to repeat. I felt extremely safe throughout the experience. I rate the staff with a grade of 10: friendly, helpful and very communicative. The only point they need to improve is in the organization, and my jump was canceled and rescheduled again. This setback when repeated many times can damage the reputation of the excellent team that receives us when we arrive at the jump site.

Fica a faltar um pouco mais de organização, pois hoje dia 8 de agosto a minha filha tinha salto para as 11h e só foi por volta das 14.30!!!!!!! Também poderia haver uma barraquinha ou uma máquina para bebidas frescas ou qualquer coisa para matar a fome. Very competent people. It lacks a little more organization, because today on August 8th my daughter had jumped to 11am and it was only around 2.30pm !!!!!!! There could also be a stand or a machine for cold drinks or anything to kill hunger.

R	Roy S. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two stars because the tandem jump was great and the instructor made me feel safe, but I am incredibly mad on how I had to wait from 11.30 untill 16.45 for my jump. Me and my fiend were placed in different planes because otherwise it would take very long to be our turn, but letting us wait for over 5 hours while continously saying that the jump is going to be soon.. that is totally unacceptable. 5 hour wait in the heat without facilities, food, drinks, I really dont want to know what the "long" wait would have been if wecwanted to go in the same plane. To be fair I had an appointment at 11.00 and got there late due to a huge traffic jam, but we informed the staff and kept them updated. To treat us like this afterwards, on my birthday too.. made me just want to get it over with instead of excited. That is not how i imagined it. Yes they are friendly but the organization and communication is the reason o would not recommend this school to anybody. Nobody took responsabklity nor offered any kind of solution or compensation. 2 stars is generous.
