I was pierced by Emecii and she is by far the nicest piercer I ever met, also super professional and provided me with a lot of information about the piercing, the dos and the don'ts. will definitely come back for more ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to get two lobe piercings here as I had some free time on my walk around Lisbon. I had checked the reviews before and the staff definitely lived up to standard. Everything is fully sterilised before it is used, and Nes was lovely. She showed me all of the instruments she would use, in their sterilised packages to ensure I was aware. She was extremely kind and gentle. All the staff here can speak English, so you don't need to worry about that. The after care advice is also very thorough and they send you an email enhancing what they've said. They only don't take card so ensure you take out cash before as the ATM in front charges for withdrawals. I really recommend this place, they were all so lovely and there is nothing to worry about.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this is the most professional place i've been to so far for piercings ! I got my lip piercing here and the piercer was very informative and made sure I felt safe and comfortable in the studio. I had another lip piercing on the other side, and they used a professiol tool (like a ruler) to made sure that everything is even and perfect ! the procedure itself was super fast and basically painless, I only felt sharp pain when the needle was pushed through, 0 bleeding. They made sure to give me a longer bar so it leaves room for my lips to swell as well, overall a really great place to get piercings from!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i searched up some places for piercing and this was the highest ranking out of all of them, and I'd 100% say i was not disappointed, the staff were polite and informative, the process was really clean and professional and the post-piercing information and caring conditions were explained nicely. I totally recommend this place if you want to get a new piercing nicely and professionally done!

This place is definitely recommendable. They’ll explain you the whole process and make sure you’re perfectly fine with the spot you’re piercing is meant to be. Affordable prices, professional staff and a relaxed atmosphere. This is where you go, if you want to get a piercing in Lissabon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was probably one of my best tattoo experiences. I showed them what I wanted and they made sure I understood about the pricing (it was more expensive because I wanted a circle). The owner is very kind and attentive and my artist, Alex, made sure I was completely comfortable. I even got to practice my terrible Portuguese! I love the atmosphere and (most important) my new tattoo. Next time the urge hits, I know exactly where I’m going!

I was just back visiting my home town in America where I went into a tattoo shop to get the work done but the three artists there were pretentious jerks, so I decided to wait until my return to Lisbon. My experience at Queen of Hearts was great. Competent and professional artists and the price correct for the amount of work necessary. I’m very pleased.
