Aconselharam-nos esta pastelaria, no local, e não podia ter sido melhor conselho, bom antendimento, muita simpatia, preços muito acessíveis, será paragem obrigatória sempre que passarmos por esses lados. We came from Porto to taste the Arcos cigars. We had the idea of going to the pastry shop that has been accompanying the sweet in the 7 wonders contest, however it was closed. We were advised this pastry shop on the spot, and it could not have been better advice, good service, great friendliness, very affordable prices, it will be a must stop whenever we pass these sides.

A mesma pessoa que recebe os pagamentos de seguida já está atender o próximo cliente sem pelo menos colocar uma luva para pegar no pão ou o que seja. Inadmissível receber dinheiro e seguidamente servir pão sem uso de luva. Establishment that does not comply with the basic rules of customer service hygiene. The same person who receives the following payments is already serving the next customer without at least putting on a glove to pick up the bread or whatever. Talvez seja questão de gosto, mas do que gostei menos ainda foi o tratamento rude dado à empregada. Em vez de ensinar-lhe o serviço com calma, foi-lhe tirado das mãos de forma autoritária. Porém, isso não é um julgamento. Fui somente visitante, portanto não devo julgar o modo de agir dos habitantes locais. Quero dizer apenas que ficou uma sensação de constrangimento na minha lembrança. Most breads are good. The codfish cake I found too salty and the sponge cake too sweet. Maybe it's a matter of taste, but what I liked even less was the rude treatment given to the maid. Instead of teaching him the service calmly, he was taken out of his hands authoritatively. However, this is not a trial. I was just a visitor, so I shouldn't judge the way the locals act. I just want to say that there was a feeling of embarrassment in my memory.
