Ruins covered in graffiti and being reclaimed by nature. Stumbled across this looking for a different route back to Almada from the Cristo Rei. Great views of Lisbon and the bridge.

View in evening n night to Lissabon was beautifull. Graffiti art everywhere all the way from old factory and seawall till harbour. I recommend visit.

Under King Pedro II's reign, the Fonte da Pipa fort was built in the area. It was abandoned during the last quarter of the 18th century, a time when several Pombaline style buildings were comissioned by vineyard owners from Ginjal. Since the 18th century, Quinta da Arealva has held one of the region's most prolific cooperage industries, with all of it belonging - up until recently - to the "Sociedade Vinícola Sul de Portugal", a wine storage company.

Wow. I found this place randomly. It's safe, guys. No fence climbing or gas mask needed. Ok maybe if you were to go into one of the buildings. Highly recommended to go at night! Just watch your step.

Nice spot but difficult to access because of the road in terrible conditions

Very interesting. You have to be careful though, it may be a little dangerous to walk around there. Still cool to see :)
